Can't log in, says I'm in a different country when I'm not

So Spotify won't let me log in to my account because it says that my country does not match the one set in my profile but I am in Canada and my profile says Canada as well. I didn't make my account in another country and never used Spotify in another country so I don't know why it won't let me log in. I don't have premium either but I did get the deal for 99 cents for a month of premium last summer, but I stopped my payment after my trial was done at the end of that month. Please help, thanks!
