Can`t log-in with Internet connection?

Can`t log-in with Internet connection?

Hi! I`m having this problem on my phone in the last past days. I can`t connect to Spotify app when I`m connected to the Internet. Offline works just fine! Does anyone know why I`m having these problems?

Hey @LiquidSteel, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the appreinstall. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I`ve already tried all from above. Thank you for reply.

 

It seems that I had another problem. Someone , somehow , managed to change my email and my password from my account. I`ve just recieved an email saying that my email address is updated , without any kind of confirmation needed from me. Luckily I got my account back using Spotify`s support email. All safe and sound now!
