Can't log in

I downloaded for desktop, tired logging in and got the message "The email address you entered has already been registered, but your account hasn't been confirmed yet. You'll get an email soon with details on how to confirm your account." I never received an email.. looked it up through google after the spotify search failing to bring results, tried the only thing I could find and reset the password.. I then reopened the program and am still getting the same error message when I try to log in.  😞 halp please.. I just wants musics XD   ps ..I never connected a facebook accnt seeing as I don't use one tnx.
