Can't log into my account

I tried logging into my account and when I put my username it says that my account doesn't exist.

This exact same thing is currently happening to me, Has been happening for the past week it feels like now. I just now made a new account to try and make a post on here for help. There support emails still havent replied to me and i emailed them days ago.

That's just crazy. I wouldn't know what to do next maybe involve my bank and tell them I don't want to be billed from this service anymore?

When you try to log in, do you use your email or only your username?
