I have a premium account and want to use it on my other (Samsung) phone. When I try to log in I guess a message saying 'you've already created an account with this email address'. I tried logging in on my friends phone and it worked (so I was logged onto two phones at the same time). How do I get around this problem on my Samsung?
This just happened to me. Two recommendations, firstly, make sure you are entering your username and not your email address and secondly, un-install and re-install the app. If that doesn't cure it then definitely contact support.
