Can't login under FB or Spotify Desktop

When I try to sign in under FB it says I have incorrect login information even after I have changed my password 3 times and double checked. I tried playing the "music" tab and it says I need to add to facebook. When I try to login without facebook for regular Spotify, it says that I have an email address associated with facebook. Please help as I utilize these playlists for my job and need to remedy this as soon as possible and would prefer not to lose all my playlists. I'm a premium member and can't login. thanks for you help.

I created a new fb account and it let me login however my premium status is gone and all my playlists are gone. Please help me login to my old account so that I can access my playlists from the last 5 years thank you!
