My Question or Issue

 Hi,

 

I'm writing this under a new username I had to create because I can't access my main account. (username: zoukoutloud)

On 6th January I got email saying that Spotify reseted my password. I didn't realize it until today. and when I tried to reset it, it says it my email and username isn't connected to any active account.

BUT, when I try to make another account with the same email address it says the address is already used. so my email is indeed still in Spotify's database.

 

Please help me recover my account.

Hi there,

 

Could you please send me a screenshot of that e-mail? I recommend hiding any sensitive info, I just need to know the exact message...
