Can't logon to app

So I already have Spotify and wanted to get for my boyfriend. I created an account and put all payment information and new account for him. I confirmed through email and am able to log on through the spotify website. 

However, I can't log on to the app downloaded on the computer or on his iphone when I downloaded the app. The credentials work online but not on either app?...that I JUST installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice...sent a help email and it told me to reset my password...which I've already done as well a few times. He does not have facebook so it will not be linked.

Help...super annoyed with this...almost ready to bail and you'll lose a NEW customer... very frustrating...

Yeah...thanks for the reply. It shows I'm a permium user and I've received an email back with a reciept showing payment. I can login to the website but can't login to the app on the computer or on an iphone. I've contacted "support" and sent an email but was trying to do this tonight for him. So...thanks again but that didn't solve it.

Hi I have just joined spotify and done the exact same process as yourself and I am having same problems...I can login into account details but when I get login screen it gives me same response that the user name and password incorrect even though have reset twice and reinstalled spotify twice as well...maybe there is a glitch?? I am emailed support too and got same response...very frustrating...and I have been told how good spotify is...not so sure now!

Sorry to hear guys! The main team at Spotify is in Europe, so they're waking up soon and will be able to help with some of this. As long as you reply back to the email and get a case #, you should hear back from them within 24 hours tops. Make sure that you check your spam or junk folder for any missed messages.
