Can't make account!!!

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Still doesn't work i tried with Firefox and i tried it on my other laptop still won't work idk what to do? It just refreshes the retarded captcha.

If its a separate account, and you go through the process of creating it up until that point, it may be an error in connecting it with your previous account- try clearing your cookies/cache and try again. If that doesn't work, it may be a captcha or connection error. Hope this helps.
