Can't password reset don't remember e-mail address I created account with.

So I created the account I am using now just to hit the forums. I know my username for my prem. account just not the password or the e-mail address I used to create the account. Not my greatest moment 😜 I have always used Spotify on my phone and now have a PS4 I wanna use it on. 

How can I go about resolving this? I do not use facebook.
