Can't read my spotify premium code..

Someone gave me 1 month of Spotify Premium for christmas and I got this receipt for the store they bought it at with the code on it. I left it in a bag with something wet in so the part with the code is all blank, I can read like 3 of the letters.

Some kind of staff I could talk too? I'm from Norway btw. What are my options? I still got the transaction ID and pretty much everything on the receipt still. I could censor the other codes and upload an image

Hi, you should get in touch with the customer services team using the Support Form and give them as much info as possible - any numbers on the voucher, ghee exact store it was bought at etc.

They should be able to locate the number for you 🙂
