Can't receive email to delete account?

Can't receive email to delete account?

I've went two times through the procedure to delete account yet spotify won't send the email to delete it. How long is it going to take? Hours? This was an hacked account I somehow managed to retrieve it and I know the mail works, since they sent me the link for password reset before. It says it's going to take a few minutes but it's already been almost an hour.

Did you already check your Spam or Trash boxes? Maybe the email was directed there.

Hi! Yes I've already checked my email various time and I've also checked the spam box. No mail anywhere. I think I even sent two or three request by mistake but no mail arrived. I didn't even received a mail notification that you answered my question, though I dont't know if they send those to be honest? It's already been almost an hour, the password reset mail was received without problem but this is taking a lot. I even sent myself a mail to be sure my mail account is working and I received it immediately with no problems. I've also tried on different browser. How long before I can send another request?

 

Edit: nevermind I received the message from the community that you answered my question the moment I verified my email. Still no mail to delete account though.

Let's just make a little test, please. Access your account overview page and check if the email address pointed there is the same one you're checking your inbox. And I just would like to have your confirmation you're following these steps to try to delete your account.
