After someone bought premium for me, my account became multiple accounts.

Solved!

After someone bought premium for me, my account became multiple accounts.

I asked others to help me buy my premium, but I don't know what's wrong with my account. First of all, the creator of my "playlist A" is only me "user A", but after the second purchase of premium, a second creator "user A" appeared in the playlist (both of which are the same name, but I can no longer use the list with the permissions of the first A, which means I cannot delete the songs added by the first A). This has happened three times. I'm pretty sure I'm logging into Spotify with the same email.

Finally, the weirdest thing I find is that when I want to connect Discord and Spotify, Spotify connects to the first "User A". Hope someone can help me.

Hey, @Albertlin821

Welcome to Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

First of all, I'd like to remind you that a Spotify account is personal and non-transferable. So we don't recommend asking third parties to purchase Premium in your name or sharing your logging details with anybody. So with this in mind, my first suggestion is to check your account credentials and change your password.

Regarding the issues you mentioned with the playlists, it seems you're the collaborator on a collaborative playlist, or something similar. In this case, I'd recommend that you create a copy of the playlist by following this:

  1. Tap the three-dot menu;
  2. Then select Add to other playlist;
  3. Then select one of your playlists, or create a new one, if you prefer.

After that, you can stop following the collaborative playlist, if you want, by removing it from your library.

Last, but not least, regarding the Discord inconvenience, it seems there are different accounts involved. I'd recommend that you double-check your login credentials (different emails), to find this other account. You can also revoke the access of your Discord account to this "user A" account you mentioned, and after that, try to connect your account to this new one you're using.

Stay awesome!

If you have further questions or if you need anything else, let me know! I'd love to help!
