Currently on a premium account with ex-boyfriend and need to move off of it

I would like to create my own premium account and need help removing myself from ex's family account onto a new one from me and not loose my music!

Thanks for reaching out.

This can be done by "canceling" your membership via the cancellation process for a paid subscription with the difference, that the cancellation of your membership in a Family plan has an instantaneous effect. More info on how to do that can be found here.

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.
