Can't redeem premium voucher

Can't redeem premium voucher

I bought a premium monthly voucher but it pops an error message and says I should contact support. What do I do?

If you’ve already tried the suggestions listed in this Support Article under “Not Working?” and are still getting an error message when trying to redeem your voucher, then I would recommend contacting Spotify Support here. They will be able to look into this further and help you to redeem your voucher.
