Can't retrieve personal data

Spotify wont let my retrieve my data without facebook verification. It gives me a prompt that says, "

Facebook password

For security purposes we need you to re-authenticate with Facebook so that we know it's you before you can download your data.

It then says "cancel" or "ok" I just need my data and i don't know how to get it. Please help.

Hmm, that doesn't sound right! Could you send over a screenshot of how things are looking when it's asking for your Facebook password? Also, did you create your account with Facebook or at Spotify.com? Let's get to the bottom of this! 💫
