Can't sign up but can't log in either

i deleted my account about 2 weeks or maybe 17 days ago due to personal matters. i wanted to sign up again using that email but it said the email already has a spotify account.  then i tried to log in using that email, but it said my password and email didn't match. i tried to reset my password but i couldn't, it said my email was not linked to any spotify account.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

It can take 14-30 days for your email address to become available again on Spotify after closing the previous Spotify account associated with it.
