Can't update my payment information

Hi for a few days I have been trying to update my payment information, but it never change my registered credit card and I keep geting e-mails saying that my premium will expire. But even my original registered credit card is valid.

How should I proceed?
I don`t want to lose premium.

Hey @caiohn

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that lets you update your payment info.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
