Reverted back to free

Solved!

Reverted back to free

I signed up for a premium family account last month and suddenly they've all reverted back to free? My app doesn't let on that anything is different, but when I sign in on Safari it says I'm on a free account. Another user on my family account is also having this issue as well, so I don't think signing out/in will fix the issue.

If that's the case, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to see what's going on within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Hey @Bampandoo27,

Are you the Family Admin? (the one who pays)

The Family Admin may need to add them again to their Family Plan:

1. Go to the account page, and check the status of your subscription.

2. Click MANAGE.

3. If necessary, send the invite again.

I'm the family admin, yes. It's like it reverted completely back to free--the card wasn't charged for a second month, and it's an active card so that isn't the issue. Can't quite figure out what the deal is.
