Being charged for premium when im only on the free one

Spotify keeps charging me monthly 11.99 but i am only on the free one. I did use the premium for awhile then cancelled it awhile ago. I also dont have other spotify accounts that im im being charged for. I can't find someone from spotify to contact?

spotify doesn't recognise my login, even though I've change password sevetal times.

I can log in on the community page with my new password, just not the phone app! Very frustrating as I have just signed up for premium & I'm paying for something I can't use! I'm using an LG phone if that helps...

Trying to update payment info

I had a student account and also had to get a new card. I am no longer a student and don't mind the difference in charge but I can not seem to bypass the student account info page while updating my payment information. Please help!
