Can't update payment method when changing country

My Question or Issue

I just recently found out, that Spotify became available in Georgia, where I have been living for two years now. naturally I would like to change my country to Georgia and update my payment method to a local one, so I don't have to continue paying with my German one.
when I'm trying to update my plan and change my country to Georgia, it show me a blank tab with no payment methods whatsoever. what's going on ? how am I supposed to resolve this issue ?

Would you mind giving it a try using an incognito window or a different device?
