Can´t upgrade to family because I have my spotifyaccount through my mobile company

Can´t upgrade to family because I have my spotifyaccount through my mobile company

 

I have a account through my mobilcompany and pay it on my mobilebill. The don´t offer 50% off when I want premium familje (one extra account). I can´t upgrade to familj on spotifys homepage because I have my account at my mobilcompany.

 

I cancelled my premiumaccount to be a free account, and it will take a few days for it to work.

 

When I contact spotify to upgrade to spotify family the automessage tells me to contact my mobilcompany. The mobilecompany tells me to contact spotify.

 

How do I upgrade my account to premium family?

Thanks for the heads up and welcome to the Community.

 

If you have already canceled your subscription, you'll only need to wait until your account reverts to the Free service. Once the old subscription expires, you should be able to sign up for Spotify Family without a problem 🙂
