Yet again, I'm running into an issue with trying to upgrade my account to premium.
1) https://www.spotify.com/au/get-spotify/go/premium/
2) Click Confirm Purchase
3) Redirects to Facebook for password confirmation
4) Redirects back to https://www.spotify.com/au/get-spotify/go/premium/ with no messages
I've gone through the same loop several times now....

I tried using explorer instead of crome, no difference....
Same problem here!! Have had this problems for months, with different accounts and different cards...

Hi! I'm not sure if I ask this from the right place, but how can i get pass the 30-day free trial on premium? I don't have a credit card so I can't have the free trial and I'm getting very frustrated with this issue... please, help me!
@Einola - Sorry for the late reply. Are you trying to redeem a gift card? If so just go to spotify.com/redeem to skip out the free trial.

My issue is a little different, but pertains to the topic of not being able to upgrade.
So I wanted to upgrade, but I guess I am elligible for a free 30 day trial (which I have no problem with). But when I click on the "Confirm Purchas" it just takes me back to the same page and says at the top "Wrong Password". Looking back at the page, there is no place to put in a password, and I've tried switching browers and I don't know what to do now.

Every time I go to up grade, it says wrong pass word but it lets me log on with the same pass word. Issue happens on my cell or lap top. I've signed out of all accounts then log in and still have the same issue.
@jc500ba @blkitalian2 - Few things to try:
- Incognito/private window in your chosen browser.
- If you have payment details already tied to your account, try removing and re-adding them.
- Make sure your ZIP code is correct on your online profile (if applicable).
- Make sure you are logged in using your Spotify username and password not with Facebook if you have a Spotify username style account.
If you are still having issues, I would suggest that you get in touch with Spotify support directly so they can assist you further with this. There are several ways to get in touch!
If you have Twitter, following and dropping a Tweet to @SpotifyCares (English), @SpotifyAyuda (Spanish) or @SpotifyAjuda (Portuguese) is often the fastest way to get a reply and they can deal with the majority of issues excluding payment/billing issues.
Alternatively, you can email them (in any language) using the online contact form. There is also a special contact form if you can't remember your login details or the email address on your account is incorrect. The contact form support team should be able to handle absolutely any issue you are having!
When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I also have been trying to upgrade to premium and have tried several times. Hope I don't get charged for each time I provided my credit card info. I complete the information, hit receive 30 day trial button and it goes right back to that page. Please help!

Him I tried upgrading to premium but after I put in the credential information if went back to the get premium site. I tried upgrading couple of times but it didn't work.
I cannot pay premium and I use paypal and haven't update or changed my card.
I am trying to upgrade to premium . When i click upgrade i am being offered 99p upgrade for 3 months .However when i pay with pay pal it returns after authorization payment successful screen to the upgrade link and does not activate or take payment !
