Can't use Paypal as a payment method

I want to use my Paypal as the payment method for Spotify, but it is not even an option. All I can use are credit cards. Is Paypal not possible anymore, or not available in certain regions? I live in Norway, and have Premium.

Same Problem over here in Germany! Just got the message that there was a problem with the payment methode... used paypal the last 2 years, now I got the same options as you!

My next payment is within 3 days, not sure what I should do now. Do I need to change payment method or not?
