Can you help me end a fraudulant payment being taken from my bank account?

My regular account payment is processed by credit card. I have double checked my membership and my credit card statement. There is an ADDITIONAL charge being taken from my bank account that looks like a genuine charge, the problem is, I don't have two accounts. Can you use the numbers in the bank payment post to cancel the account? My bank was unable to deactify the payment, but I will follow up with them again.
