Please tell me how to cancel my subscription?????? 😞

these people is crazy...i lost my cell,and been trying to cancel for days.they just wanna keep charge-ing me for no access, i dont want spotify cause i dont have no way to hear it anymore no android cell so no music , ididnt even like it that they forced me to get a facebook account...now they wanna make so hard to cancel ? whats wrong with you spotify...cant you give us a toll free number for the u.s.a. ??????????????

Just log into your subscription page, the cancel option is at the bottom.

thanks ive tried everything,something wont let me go there...but -i will try that (again)...thank you~maybe i get lucky this time

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and following all the instructions there IS NO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button!!!! How the hell do I do this?

Is there no cancel subscription option on the page I linked to above? 

 

If not, what is your subscription status on your online overview

The link to the first page says I have already unsubscribed, the second shows my details as having a free subscription, apparently "paid for" using Paypal where I've never had an account.

More to the point, there IS NO cancel subscription button on the subscription page! I have also just found out that every time I used Spotify, you published what I was listening to on facebook (my sister told me). For god's sake do you want to get in the shower with me too? That's one of the MANY reasons I want to get rid of it - intrusive, unworkable, uncontactable, uncancelable, thieving....

If it says you have unsubscribed and are on Spotify free then it sounds like your subscription is cancelled. 

 

If you are still being billed or have any issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further since they can look into your accounts directly. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

As for Facebook, you must have given the Spotify application permission to share your details and activity at some point when using Spotify.

I may be wrong but "unsubscribed" and "free subscription" might explain why there is no cnacel subscription button. If you have any remaining issues, I think you need to take these up direct with the Spotify payments team as suggested to you on several occasions.

You can't get into Spotify without using facebook - it always tells you your password is wrong even when it's correct, and you can't use any part of the programme without agreeing to surrender your firstborn and have every thought you ever uttered splashed over Facebook. It is a really major reason why I and many others just want out. But you make it virtually impossible to unsubscribe. There IS  no unsubscribe button on the subscription page, despite what your "help" (and I use that word advisedly) section says. I have had others check their accounts and they too can see no unsubscribe/cancel button.

I think there might be some confusion going on here. 

 

If you are on a Spotify free account, you won't have an unsubscribe option, since you don't have an active Spotify (paid) subscription. Are you looking to completely delete your Spotify account rather than unsubscribe?

On my subscription page it says "Spotify Premium.  Your subscription will automatically renew on 2015-07-09 and you'll be charged $12.99. "  but there is no cancel button.  My teenage daughter accidently subscribed to this, on her friend's account no less, and can't find any way to stop it.  I'm being billed thru itunes for my daughter's friend's music!!
