Cancel account I can't log into

I think I might have two Facebook Spotify accounts connected to the same Facebook. 

I can't log into the premium account but only the free one. I've never been able to log on to my pc and get into the premium one. I logged out of my phone to see if I could log back into the premium account. I couldn't log back into it and I don't have a way of cancelling the account because I can't log into it. Is there any way I can still cancel it?
