Can't log in

I use the app everyday and was using it this morning but now I've been logged out on all of my devices and when I try logging in with facebook it tells me "username or password is incorrect" and I reset my password using my email but when I logged in it was a new account so I no longer have premium or any of my music. So I looked up my account and it still existed but I can't log in, I've tried everything on the support site and nothing has worked.
