Two Accounts Accidentally Merging?

I have two accounts - one on Premium, one that is free. A few days ago I logged out of the premium account and logged back in; this time it showed me a weird mix of MY account and my MOTHER'S account (frequently accessed on another computer in the household). It had my picture and my name, but all of her playlists and info. I can access my real premium account on my phone, and I can access my free account okay, but I can't get to my Premium account on my laptop, no matter how many times I try to reset the password, or log out of the weird hybrid. I've tried password reset; no dice. We're both frusturated. What went wrong?
