Cancel account

Hi

 

About a year ago I created an account and made it premium, then I logged out and now I can't remember the password or the mail linked to that account.

I created a new one and also made it premium, but i would like to cancel the first one. The problem is I can't access that first account (because of the forgotten password and mail) so i can't cancel it.

Hi, sorry to hear about your troubles with this. It will be a bit more difficult to resolve without knowing the email address linked to the account, but I would recommend contacting Spotify directly via this Support Form. If you receive an automated email and don't get a follow up within about 24-48 hours, you can reply to that email to make sure your message gets to a case worker. They should be able to work with you on a solution to the billing issue.
