Cancel premium

Im trying to cancel my premium, but my accounts wont let me as it saids i have a a free subscription, but the money is coming out of my bank and i dont not want this as i dont use it enough. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me fix this problem.

Oh no! It sounds to me like you might have another account that is subscribed to Spotify Premium. All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
