Hello!! I've been trying to cancel my spotify subscription for a while now. I didn't realise that I was gonna be charged $9.99 after my 3-month 99 cents subscription that I got in late December. I really need a refund, but aside from that, it's not letting me cancel the subscription. Every time I try to cancel it, this screen shows up! I've been trying for a good 15 minutes, I need help!!
