Cancel subscription does not work

Hi, i would like to cancel my subscription. Spotify asks then that i have to enter my facebook password. (I'm logged in with facebook) After i entered the correct pasword (yes i'm shure it's correct) the is a message that's something going wrong, and try it again!

Need help! I don't want a subscription in future!

The best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify, so they can manually cancel it.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is it definitely redirecting you to Facebook to re-enter that password? If the password box is on a spotify.com page then you need to enter your Spotify password not your Facebook password.

Ok, Iv tried contacting Spotify twice now, you know what was there advise was..... to contact the Spotify Community, it is ferking laughable, I don't want to subscribe, so what do I do, I keep getting different stories, I will try again

The automated confirmation mail was probably redirecting you to the community. Just reply to it (even when it says no-reply).
