Why is it so hard to cancel my subscription? It says that I pay through iTunes and have to follow some steps to cancel the subscription. I don't have mac or iPhone anymore, and it doesn't work when I try to log in on iTunes on my pc. Any advice? Is it possible to contact Spotify directly and stop it?
Unfortunately, I don't think that Spotify Support would be able to help you with this issue because they don't have access to iTunes billing system. You can cancel the subscription by following the instructions from this Apple Support article: https://support.apple.com/HT202039
