Cancelled But Keep Getting Charged

Cancelled But Keep Getting Charged

I cancelled my account months ago but keep getting charged. 

 

I filled out a form on this site as well as tried Twitter but zero help received from Spotify.  How do I stop the payments from going through and more importantly GET MY MONEY BACK FROM WHEN I CANCELLED.

I'd recommend you to contact support here so they can help you.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
