Cancelled Premium had paid for the month but it's not working or letting me sign up as Vodafone cust

Cancelled Premium had paid for the month but it's not working or letting me sign up as Vodafone cust

I paid for premium on the 14th of Oct, I then took out a plan with Vodafone where Spotify was included so was told cancel my subscription which I did but even though it comes up cancelled it says I have premium until 14th November but I don't, music won't play off line!

This could happen for having two different accounts. If you're trying to login with username and password, can you try logging in using the button "Login with Facebook"?
