Cancelled my account and I am still being charged for several months

Cancelled my account and I am still being charged for several months

I have cancelled my account several months ago. I am still being charged on my account. There is no way to address this issue. there is not a phone number to call. I need to be credited for the past 4 months of charges on my account.

Where do I go to contact or call someone to take care of this?

Does anyone have information on this?

You need to get in touch with Support directly: https://www.spotify.com/uk/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact

If you have already done that and haven't heard back post your ticket number and I'll ping a mod for you to get them to chase it up

I have raised an issue but they have said they can find no record of my cancelling - which I know I did. They asked about confirmation email but I didnt get one. I ancelled again last night and have still not had an email. Please can you advise? I have not used Spotify for 3 months and didnt realise the money was going out as it came out of my paypal account Thanks

@christineking44 - What does your subscription status on your online overview say exactly?

Be aware you need to go the whole way through the cancellation process to the confirmation screen.

I thought I had. I had you are elcome back anytime sort of message and it said the account was cancelled so I had no idea it wasnt 😞 It seems to be a bit of a con on Spotifys side and I am not happy.

 

It says I am using Spoitfy free! I ahve asked for this to be canceeled fully. I tried to cancel last night again and got no email. I have been dealing with Carlos and he offered me anaother month free and I replied that I wanted to end the subscrpition or this will happen again in a months time. I am even more unhappy now. I am not usisng Spotify!

Stick at it with customer support, they are the only ones who can really help now. If your account is on Free but you are being billed you must have another account somewhere which is still on Premium. Duplicates are surprisingly common.

To Whom it May Concern.

I have cancelled my subscription twice over the last two months and am still being charged, a third time now. My subscription to Spotify Premium was supposed to come to an end on the 18/03/2015 and instead I was charged again. I would like a refund for this month as I would no longer like the premium version of Spotify. I would like to know why I am still being charged as It was confirmed that my subscription was cancelled at the end of my subscription period. I have not re-newed my subscription and have no intention of doing so. I can no longer afford this subscription hence the need to cancel and get my money refunded asap.
