Cancelled my premium subscription and still being charged

Cancelled my premium subscription and still being charged

Hello,

 

I cancelled my premium subscription the begining of January and so far I have been charged for January and February. I'm trying to find a way to get in touch with Spotify to stop paymentsn and hopefully reverse charges.

 

I'm super dissapointed in this company.

Here are the steps on how to cancel your account. Also, if you think you're eligible for a refund, you can contact someone from Spotify here. Let me know if you need anything else.

I know my subscription has been cancelled and I have sent a few help requests so I am hoping someone gets in touch with me soon.

If you've already filled out the form, it probably arrived at the right team. It can take up to 48 hours for them to reply. If you received an e-mail about going to the community, please reply to that e-mail to make sure it arrives.
