Cancelled premium before it expired, still getting charged

Cancelled premium before it expired, still getting charged

I cancelled my premium trial a day before it was over, but then I was charged anyway. After seeing the charge, I logged in and it said I still had the premium service. I don't understand how this could happen, because I went through the whole cancellation process, including giving a reason, and the final message "we're sorry to see you go, but you're welcom back anytime". After that, I saw the option to upgrade, so it seemed the cancellation was successful.

 

I have seen that several people have reported similar problems with cancelling. What is going on here? I also sent an email message about this and have not received a reply.

 

I'd like to call in to discuss this, but I can't find a number to call anywhere. Do you even have a number?

Did that at the same time as posting here. Took more than 2 days for a reply, but I did get credited now. Still haven't heard if there is a phone number though. Is there? I think premium users should at least get a phone number. If you are charged incorrectly, you don't want to wait for an email or forum response!
