I am trying to cancel my current subscription as I am upgrading through Vodafone. I am on the cancellation page and enter my password but then it just says 'Oops there was a problem'.
I need to cancel this as currently I am being charged for a service i am not getting.

Spotify created but upgraded through Vodafone
Vodafone made a mistake in the package so are trying to re-install it however I need to cancel my current susbcription first

You are currently using Spotify Premium. Your account is associated with our partner Vodafone, please refer to Vodafone for questions regarding your subscription.
They have sent me the link to get me to the cancelation page (which I am doing on my phone as I cannot be on wifi) but then the error message comes after I have put in my password
I don't think you will be able to cancel it on Spotify since the system thinks it is being provided by Vodafone (which is on Vodafones systems not Spotify's). All I can suggest is you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can look into this further for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
