Cannot Change Password Due To Incorrect Email

I've contacted customer support twice, the case numbers are 02005480 and 02006056. I accidentally associated my account with the email oomfuh12491@AOL.com when it should have been oomfuh12491@GMAIL.com. The address at AOL does not exist and I would like to change my password. Please help. Thanks for your time!

@magtavious - Is it possible the replies from customer support have been going to the incorrect address if you where using the normal contact form?

If so, try using this form instead:

If you have got the automated emails containing those case numbers, reply directly to the automated email (even if it says not to) and a member of the Spotify team will be in touch.

I recieved both automated emails at the correct email address and waited to hear from customer support. So far two customer support representatives have responded with the same responses both within 15 minutes of me contacting them. But I've responded to both and I'm not hearing back from either of them. The second one I did more recently so I haven't given up hope on that one yet, but the first customer rep completely disappeared. I checked both emails to see if they mention anything about waiting 24 hours but they don't.

Maybe I do seem a little impatient, but i purchased premium so it would be available to me when I go to work in 45 minutes. That was days ago, now I'm waiting anxiously because I can't access the account I purchased the premium for.
