Double charged twice for 8MONTHS!

I've recently found out that I have been double charged for 8 months! I have one account and never have created two! ive sent a request in because you can't talk to anyone! I want this refunded to my account or I'm done with spotify! Case#02006083

How long ago did you open that case?

To speed things along, also reply directly to the automated email that contains your case number (even if it says not to) as that often bumps your case in the queue.
