Cannot Input Payment Information

Cannot Input Payment Information

I attempted to start the 30-day trial period for premium, but I repeatedly get the "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area" error no matter what payment method I attempt enter. I am using my "Connect With Facebook" account, if that helps at all.

Try using a different browser.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
