Cannot access my account, chat support is useless and disconnects

Was told a few days ago to reset my password. I reset my password. My account was locked today for some reason. I logged into the chat and was told to e-mail support an ID. Over and over the useless "advisors" just disconnect without providing any assistance.

Are you still able to sign in on the web?

No, I was NEVER allowed to sign back in. I was using the anonymous chat feature with "customer service."

I think Spotify is criminal in the way that they take money and whenever anything goes wrong and you use chat - they don’t answer or resolve the problem then quickly disconnect or end the chat … so you have to start with someone new, who does the same.  They’re terrible.
