Cannot change my email for my account

How can I change my email for my spotify account? Tried... says enter country but the field is disabled and has the correct country in it.  This is because disabled fields do not get submitted on form post.

Did you set up your account through Facebook? If so, you'll need to change that on your Facebook settings.

Set it up through spotify.

Yes you can. I did it.

Don't connect trought the app, but with the website.

Click on your Username in the upper right.

Select account.

You are supposed to see your profil, and there's a icon «modify».

The first item is your email. you can change it there.

Thanks, I can not do it through the app and I tried on the web site but does not allow me to.  Get error country can't be blank, it is set but the field is disabled so it doesn't get sent with the form post.
