Cannot get support to release my email

I want to disconnect Facebook from my Spotify account, but need Support to release my email address so I can create a new account. (I originally signed up through Facebook, so I have to create a new account.) I've sent 2 messages requesting this to Support, each worded differently, but both times have received an automated answer telling me to search the support site (already did that), search Spotify Community (already did that), and that I can find out about major service updates on twitter (don't tweet, don't care about major service updates at this point). I tried to send a 3rd request, but was unable to because apparently I've asked too often and have to try later. How can I get this done?

All you have to do is directly reply to the automated email responses you've gotten. This will ensure your ticket gets into the hands of a live agent. They usually respond within 48 hours.
