Cannot join family plan

Cannot join family plan

My account is originally French, but I'm living in Spain now. Hence, I changed the payment option by setting a Spanish debit card. Then I subscribed to a family plan, and invited my girlfriend (which lives with me in Spain). For some reason, the invitation I sent to her email is not working, but I don't understand why because in order to change the payment method, it switched my account to Spain automatically as well. What's going on, how can I fix it? Frankly, this process is a mess.

Don't worry, Spotify Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of the social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send a private message with your account's email addresses. 

 

You can also use our Contact Form to get email support.

  
But before I suggest that you try again using different browsers on their computers (with clear cache) to accept the invitation.
