Cannot log in as I created a Facebook account using the email I made my Spotify account with before

Made a Spotify account in September 2016 then made a Facebook account with the same email a few months later. I have logged out of my original account on all my devices now and when I try to log in normally it says there is already a Facebook account linked to this. When I log in through Facebook it takes me to a seperate non-premium account which has none of my music/info et cetera.

Are you trying to login to Spotify by entering email and password?
