I cannot log in to Spotify on my Iphone 6s neither through Facebook nor through my e-mail log-in. It instantly keep saying that "I can use Spotify abroad only 14 day". But I am not abroad.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.
 
If you have a Free account, you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days at a time. In this case, you need to reconnect to Spotify in the country you signed up in or change your country settings from here. To do so, just follow these steps.
