Cannot login with Premium

Hi,

 

I cannot login/reset a password for an account I setup for my girlfriend. I setup the account on my credit card last week and I have already been charged the fee. I keep getting the following message when attempting to reset the password.....
Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our testinghelp area

I have cleared the browser cache completely but it still doesnt work. She has not received any emails relating to welcome/setting up spotify etc so it looks like the registration has been lost in the ether altogether.

Please help

Hello. Have you checked the spam folder on the registered email? It might be there?
